Year 2 Trip to Campbell Park

We are excited to inform you that we have planned a delightful trip to Campbell Park for the Year 2 children on Wednesday 14 May.

This outing will provide an excellent opportunity for the children to enjoy the outdoors and to learn about the sculptures, which is linked to our Art subject focusing on expressive painting.   The children will be sketching the sculptures during their time at the park to get a real-life experience of observational drawings.

We kindly ask for a contribution of £4.20 per child to cover the cost of travel. Please complete payment and permission via MCAS in ‘Trips’. Unfortunately, if we do not get enough contributions, we will have to cancel the trip. Should you have any financial concerns or require support, please contact us in confidence.

We will be leaving school promptly at 9:30am and we will be back in school in time for lunch.  The children will need to bring a coat, appropriate shoes and hat if the weather is warm.
